Single-ply membranes are gaining popularity as a flat roofing material for all kinds of properties. EPDM "rubber" roofing has been in use the longest. PVC and TPO roofs are also great options. Unlike EPDM where the seams are secured with adhesive, TPO and PVC roofs have heat-welded seams.
