Concrete tile roofing is a cheaper alternative to Spanish Tile roofing. It's made with cement and can be made to look like all sorts of other materials like clay, wood or slate. You can also get a variety of colors. It's very low maintenance but it can break in high winds or easily with tree fall damage.
This tile is also heavy (just like Spanish/Clay tile) and may require special support so make sure you use a roofer that knows what they are doing before you opt for this product.
