Concrete tile roofing is a less expensive alternative to Spanish Tile roofing. It's made with cement and can be made to look like Spanish tiles or all sorts of other materials like clay, wood or slate. You can also get a variety of colors. It's very low maintenance, but it can break fairly easily if tree limbs fall on it.
This tile is also heavy (just like Spanish/Clay tile) and may require special support so make sure you use a roofer that knows what they are doing before you opt for this product.
